The Financial Conduct Authority is seeking an experienced Sensitive Financial Intelligence Team Lead (FTC until 18/10/2027) based in London. You will lead the Data Exploitation team within the Specialist Intelligence Department, shaping data-led intelligence strategy and overseeing a blended team.

You will hire and manage staff, coordinate intelligence packages with partners, and act as a role model for intelligence work across the FCA.
