Directly reporting to the Global Controller, this role encompasses oversight of accounting functions for the Canadian and U.S. divisions. Responsibilities include leading financial closes, managing year-end audits, and participating in budget and forecasting processes. Coordinate with diverse teams to ensure your insights inform vital business decisions effectively.
Key Responsibilities: • Direct accounting operations for Canadian and U.S. divisions • Lead the monthly and annual financial closing activities • Manage audits for North America in global consolidation • Support variance analysis and budgeting processes • Improve ERP functionalities and automate financial tasks
Requirements: • Degree in Business/Accounting is required • Over 7 years of experience in finance roles • Bilingual proficiency in French and English • Working knowledge of tax compliance, Canadian and U.S. • Experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics
