• - Identify organic growth and referral opportunities within the portfolio and local territory
• - Maintain robust compliance standards and accurate advice records

Financial Advisor Requirements

• - Proven track record as a client-facing Financial Planner - essential
• - Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent - essential
• - Practical experience using cash-flow modelling software for lifestyle planning - essential
• - Strong relationship-building skills to manage a smooth succession handover - essential
