Financial Planner

Keep the technical work. Add more of the client.

An independent chartered financial planning firm is looking for an Associate Financial Planner who wants a bigger client role, without the new-business chasing.

The role

• Three to four client meetings a week, with time to plan properly
• Complex planning for established clients, including estates, IHT and pensions
• Work alongside Senior Chartered Financial Planners, with paraplanner and administrator support

About you

• An experienced paraplanner, planner or adviser with strong technical skills
• Chartered, or working towards it
• Ready for more client contact

The package

• £60,000 to £75,000 base, depending on experience
• Bonus linked to performance and your own objectives, not new-business commission
• Chartered exams funded, with study time
• Hybrid, three days in the office
