• The candidate must deliver personalized financial planning advice, leveraging a wide range of investment and portfolio options, including top-tier proprietary and select third-party mutual funds.
• The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new-to-RBC clients and consolidating existing client assets.
• The candidate will be responsible for directing clients to the correct RBC team members to address their needs.
• The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining external business sources through networking, marketing, and personal contacts.

Job Requirements

• The candidate will be required to hold a professional financial planning certification, such as QAFP, PFP® or CFP®.
• The candidate must have a Mutual Funds license, either IFIC or CSC.
• The candidate must have at least two years of hands‑on experience in financial planning.
• The candidate must have strong networking and client acquisition skills.
• The candidate must be able to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
• The candidate must be digitally savvy and able to use mobile applications effectively.
