Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

As FP&A Manager, you will lead regional analytical work to forecast, budget, and track performance, bridging data and executive decisions. You’ll manage a team, build robust financial models, and deliver insights to senior leadership aligned with the company roadmap. You’ll drive strategic initiatives, commercial analysis, and multi-functional projects in a fast-growing, multi-currency technology business. This remote role offers global exposure, IPO preparation, and opportunities to shape Canonical’s growth strategy.

• Develop executive dashboards and Board reports
• Analyze monthly results, KPIs, and forecasts to support planning
• Provide commercial analysis and growth targets; evaluate strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with product managers on market insights and competitive intelligence
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning models
• Improve data processes and modeling techniques for insights
• Support month-end close, flux review, and financial reporting with Accounting
• Lead cross-functional change projects to enhance systems and data accuracy
• Contribute to IPO-related financial documents and investor materials
