Financial Planning Analysis Partner

Turn financial analysis into practical decisions at Westland as a Financial Planning & Analysis Business Partner supporting business leaders.

This Financial Planning & Analysis role owns support for assigned business areas. You will connect operational plans with financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting. Your insights will help identify trends, risks, opportunities, and priorities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and recurring planning activities
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reviews with leaders
• Develop scenarios, multi-year outlooks, and performance expectations
• Build financial models, dashboards, reports, and performance measures
• Improve planning processes, data quality, and analytical workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, commerce, or related field
• Seven or more years of progressive finance experience
• Understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and driver-based planning
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
