Financial Planning Analyst Calgary

Support financial planning for Alberta Homes and Commercial in Calgary, using forecasting, advanced Excel, and complex financial models.

As Financial Analyst at Brookfield Residential, you will support Finance & Planning across Alberta Homes and Alberta Commercial. The work includes preparing guidance, business plans, reporting, and analysis for stakeholders. You will maintain project proformas and contribute to forecasting improvements through AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly guidance for Alberta divisions
• Maintain continuity spreadsheets and validate forecast actuals
• Maintain Multi-Family and Commercial project proformas
• Prepare business plan financial statements and reporting
• Develop sensitivity and scenario analyses as required

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Pursuing or obtained CPA or CFA designation
• Four or more years of related progressive experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
