Financial Planning Analyst Calgary

As Financial Analyst, you will support Finance & Planning for Alberta Homes and Alberta Commercial. Your work includes business plan statements, project proformas, monthly reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders across Calgary, Edmonton, and Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly guidance for Alberta divisions
• Maintain actuals continuity spreadsheets and forecast accuracy
• Build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial documents
• Maintain Multi-Family and Commercial project proformas
• Prepare sensitivity, scenario, and management reporting analysis

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Commerce, Accounting, or Finance degree
• Pursuing or obtained CPA or CFA designation
• Four or more years of related experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience planning, budgeting, forecasting, and managing complex models
