The Financial Analyst supports Finance & Planning for Alberta Homes and Alberta Commercial. You will prepare guidance, Business Plan Financial Statements, project proformas, and management reporting. The work includes financial systems, scenario analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly Alberta guidance processes
• Maintain project proformas and continuity spreadsheets
• Prepare quarterly reporting and scenario analysis
• Support Business Plan financial documents and presentations
• Improve forecasting processes, systems, and reporting tools

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Commerce, Accounting, or Finance degree
• Pursuing or obtained CPA or CFA designation
• Four-plus years of progressively responsible related experience
• Advanced Excel and proficient Word, Outlook, PowerPoint skills
• Experience with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
