Financial Planning Analytics Manager

HOOPP seeks a technically strong finance professional for investment-related FP&A activities. The role supports peer benchmarking, cost allocations, Operating Plan commentary, and quarterly updates. It also enhances reporting, scenario modelling, and analytics across FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate quarterly investment projection processes with investment teams
• Support peer benchmarking and CEM benchmarking studies
• Prepare investment analysis and commentary for Operating Plan updates
• Maintain and develop Power BI reporting and analytical tools
• Analyze complex datasets and improve FP&A processes

Requirements:

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field
• At least four years of relevant FP&A or investment experience
• Strong investment knowledge covering returns, costs, and benchmarking
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Excel skills
• Experience with financial models and multiple data sources
