Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Tri-Mach seeks a Financial Analyst to support finance and business operations. You will analyze financial statements, prepare projections, develop models, and research information for leadership. The work connects budgeting, profitability, costing, and performance insights across departments, business units, products, services, projects, customers, and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
• Track KPIs and prepare reports, dashboards, and profitability analyses
• Coordinate annual budgeting and monthly budget discussions
• Analyze labour, purchasing, material costs, margins, and productivity
• Support leadership decisions, investments, acquisitions, and long-term planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Two or more years in financial planning, analysis, and modeling
• Power BI proficiency and dashboard report creation experience
• Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
