Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

A wholesale/distribution company is hiring an FP&A Manager to serve as the finance business partner for its regional business segments. You'll own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for a portfolio of regions, working directly with regional VPs and operators to turn financial data into decisions.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with regional VPs to build annual budgets and rolling forecasts, owning the P&L for assigned regions
  • Lead monthly business reviews, presenting clear narratives on revenue, margin, mix, and cost drivers
  • Build financial models supporting labor planning, capital requests, and new market expansion
  • Standardize regional reporting, dashboards, and KPIs; support month-end close and mentor financial analysts


What We're xhqgsiq Looking For:

  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA a plus
  • Strong Excel/financial modeling skills
  • Comfort presenting to non-finance stakeholders
