Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Drive financial planning and analysis in Bolton, Ontario, using forecasting and reporting skills to support informed business decisions.

This Financial Manager partners across Finance, Accounting, and Customer Service. The position focuses on financial performance, strategic planning, budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting. You will provide analysis supporting General Managers, Directors, Cost Centre owners, and the CSM organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete consolidated, territory, and team-leader budgets and forecasts
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts
• Prepare monthly P&Ls across CSM organizational levels
• Resolve BAAN LN and AX integration issues
• Investigate costs, pricing, payroll, inventory, and working capital

Requirements:

• Five years of financial analysis or managerial experience
• Manufacturing or service environment experience
• CPA, CGA, CA, or CMA designation
• BaaN experience highly recommended
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, modelling, and communication skills
