Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

PE backed software group in Surrey is recruiting an FP&A Manager to help shape and transform systems, processes and structure in readiness for IPO, alongside improving capability for commercial decision-support.

The Role

The FP&A Manager will lead the UK FP&A function and report directly to Global HQ with dotted line to UK CFO. You'll implement a new EPM system and transform into standardised processes across all entities. Be a true business partner to the UK board driving insight, performance, and value creation. Contribute significantly to the delivery of group strategy objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of the entire FP&A function for UK entities
• Transform legacy processes and systems into unified, consolidated platform
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Deliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysis
• Provide strategic business partnering to operational and commercial leaders
• Support board reporting and PE stakeholder requirements
• Lead financial modelling and support strategic decision-making
• Support M&A and transactional initiatives

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Background in international FP&A within a PE-backed, high-growth environment
• Hands on experience with system implementation and process improvement
• Experience supporting acquisitions or working in acquisitive environments preferred
• Confident managing complex data and delivering clear financial insight

£90-100k. Hybrid working, based in Surrey
