Financial Planning and Analytics Manager

This Manager, Financial Insights & Analytics supports Technology as part of the FP&A team. The position covers budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with Technology, Infrastructure, Systems, Accounting, Operations, and Finance leaders to support transformation objectives and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning cycles
• Develop integrated insights using performance indicators and business drivers
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, variances, risks, and financial opportunities
• Prepare quarterly presentations, reports, statements, and budget comparisons
• Coordinate reporting timelines and create business-focused financial reports

Requirements:

• Five or more years’ financial or strategic analysis experience
• Strong understanding of Hotel Finance, USALI, and departmental reporting
• Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting knowledge
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Math, Statistics, or related discipline
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data volumes
