Financial Planning and Reporting Manager

Lead financial planning and reporting at VLRC in a hybrid Ontario role, using advanced Excel, modeling, and analytical skills. Support services for Canadians living with vision loss.

As Manager, Reporting and Financial Planning, you will lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across programs and departments. Partner with Executive Directors and senior leadership to support accurate decisions, funding compliance, and financial performance. Apply your expertise in a healthcare nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports across provinces, departments, and programs
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Manage deferred revenue and cost allocation models
• Support audits, controls, and NetSuite enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum five years progressive financial planning experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• ERP experience; NetSuite preferred
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and deferred revenue accounting
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities
