Act as a strategic business partner to the Procurement and Logistics leadership team by transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and informed business decisions.

The incumbent plays a key role in fostering a performance-driven culture by providing clear visibility into results, risks, and opportunities, while supporting managers in achieving their financial and operational objectives.

What you will do

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop actionable business recommendations and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Prepare and present performance reviews to Directors and Vice Presidents.
  • Perform or oversee complex financial analyses, investment scenarios, and profitability assessments.
  • Develop and maintain a performance management framework based on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to the Finance Centre of Excellence team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • CPA designation, considered a strong asset.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in management control, corporate finance, financial planning, or management accounting.
  • Proven experience partnering with business leaders and presenting to senior management.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, CAPEX investments, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
