Financial Reporting Analyst Brookfield

Support Brookfield Asset Management’s financial reporting from Brookfield Place, preparing consolidated statements, MD&A, and quarterly disclosures.

As an Analyst, Finance, you will contribute to BAM’s Global Finance Team across financial reporting and financial planning. Your work will support quarterly and annual public documents, business group submissions, reporting schedules, and audit activities. The position also includes exposure to forecasting, non-GAAP reporting, and management reporting packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare consolidated financial statements and MD&A documents
• Coordinate submissions with operating business groups
• Support reporting note disclosures and consolidated schedules
• Assist internal and external audits, including SOX compliance
• Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations

Requirements:

• University degree in Business or Finance
• One to three years of related finance or accounting experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle HFM, or Workiva is an asset
