Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid Light — Primarily Remote with periodic local office visits)

Pay Range: $105,000 – $120,000 / year + Comprehensive Benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity:

Are you a CPA or senior accounting professional looking to step into a high-visibility global consolidation and financial reporting role?

We are partnering with a growing international tech & gaming enterprise backed by a global corporate leader. This role offers the best of both worlds: a fast-paced, collaborative culture paired with the backing, stability, and scale of a premier parent organization.

Reporting directly to the Global Controller, you will serve as a key pillar in managing global month-end close, multi-entity consolidations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting packages for international executive leadership.

Note: No SEC reporting background required! We are primarily seeking strong corporate consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, and U.S. GAAP expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Month-End Consolidation: Lead end-to-end month-end close and consolidation procedures across multiple international operating and holding entities.
  • Complex Accounting Reviews: Review and post top-side consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, statutory-to-U.S. GAAP adjustments, debt, and foreign currency (FX) calculations.
  • Parent Company Reporting: Prepare accurate, timely monthly and quarterly reporting packages and financial disclosures for corporate stakeholders and global management teams.
  • Technical GAAP & Controls: Evaluate new U.S. GAAP / ASC accounting pronouncements, author technical accounting memos, and help support internal controls compliance.
  • Audit Leadership: Act as a main point of contact for internal and external audit deliverables across domestic and international business units.
  • Process Enhancement: Collaborate across FP&A and international operations teams to streamline accounting workflows, strengthen controls, and optimize close timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; active CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • Technical Experience: 4+ years of multi-entity accounting experience, with strong proficiency in U.S. GAAP, global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and foreign exchange principles.
  • Systems & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with modern reporting tools (such as RDG, Workiva, or equivalent multi-entity consolidation software) is a plus.
  • Audit & Controls: Knowledge of SOX frameworks and experience liaising with external audit teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across global time zones and present financial insights clearly.

What’s in It for You?

  • Competitive Compensation: $105,000 – $120,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).
  • Flexible Work Model: Hybrid Light setup—enjoy working remotely while staying connected to the local Las Vegas office as needed for team collaboration.
  • Comprehensive Perks: Full health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, generous PTO, and ongoing professional development support.
