Financial Reporting Manager Montreal

Lead financial reporting and consolidation for CSL in Montreal, applying strong accounting expertise across a global maritime company. English is required for daily international interactions.

As Manager, Financial Reporting, you will oversee reporting activities within CSL’s Finance-Accounting department. The work includes month-end close, multi-entity consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. You will also support audits and governance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Coordinate consolidation for multiple legal entities
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and overhead cost analysis
• Support audits, boards, and audit committees

Requirements:

• Hold a Quebec or provincial CPA designation
• Demonstrate highly analytical skills
• Apply accounting policies and reconciliation processes
• Understand management and external reporting needs
• Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and deadline discipline
