Financial Reporting Supervisor Calgary

Lead financial reporting at DIRTT in Calgary, applying US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial analysis to support accurate results. This in-office role is based at St SE.

The Financial Reporting Supervisor oversees quarterly and annual statements, internal reporting, and reporting compliance. You will support board materials, coordinate audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position also contributes to forecasting, budgeting, controls, and technical accounting analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP
• Support board reporting packages and Audit Committee materials
• Coordinate external audits and quarterly reporting reviews
• Prepare monthly results, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Supervise SEC filings, controls, forecasts, and budgets

Requirements:

• Five plus years of relevant financial reporting experience
• Managerial financial reporting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and reporting standards
• Financial software, ERP, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
