Financial Reporting Supervisor IFRS

Lead IFRS reporting with Avenue Living Asset Management, supervising financial reporting deliverables, controls, and audit coordination within a public entity environment.

As Financial Reporting Supervisor, you will coach team members and review work for accuracy, completeness, and established timelines. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables. The position supports public company reporting, ICFR, technical accounting, and cross-functional financial reporting objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and review financial reporting team members
• Prepare and review IFRS financial reporting deliverables
• Support public company reporting and audit committee materials
• Design and improve ICFR processes and controls
• Coordinate auditors and resolve reporting inquiries

Requirements:

• Required CPA designation with progressive financial reporting experience
• Public company, public REIT, or similar entity experience
• Strong IFRS, ICFR, disclosure controls, and audit knowledge
• Technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and process improvement experience
