Financial Service Representative Loans

Deliver customer-focused loan support at LendDirect’s Halifax location, using communication and consultative sales skills. This full-time onsite role supports consumer finance customers.

As a Financial Service Representative with LendDirect, you will guide new and existing customers through loan processes. You will explain financial products, identify suitable upsell opportunities, manage calls, and address past-due accounts. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring support skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through loan processes with professionalism
• Educate customers about financial products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell offerings
• Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
• Collaborate on past-due accounts and resolution solutions

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service focus and desire to help others
• Confidence promoting products meeting customer needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
