As a Financial Service Representative, you will support customers through loan processes and financial solutions. The role combines consultative sales, inbound and outbound calls, delinquency management, compliance, and relationship building. LendDirect provides hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new and existing customers through loan processes
• Educate customers about financial products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell offerings
• Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
• Collaborate on past-due accounts and resolution solutions

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Genuine commitment to customer-focused service
• Confidence promoting products meeting customer needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
