Financial Services Advisor Development Trainee

As an Advisor Trainee, you will develop practical skills for a future advisory career. The program provides hands-on exposure to retail insurance and investment products, digital tools, and relationship-based conversations. You will work with Prospr advisor teams and local district leadership while building confidence and business expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on experience with Sun Life Clients
• Obtain dual licensing in insurance and mutual funds
• Handle inbound and outbound Client calls
• Identify personal market opportunities through business development
• Prepare for program graduation and advisory career launch

Requirements:

• History of professional, academic, or athletic achievements
• Comfort providing advice and speaking with people
• Discipline, motivation, and independence
• Ability to motivate others to action
• Mutual Fund License is considered an asset
