To drive strategic growth in the Financial Services sector, the full-time remote Financial Services Industry Lead will define the industry narrative, develop go-to-market strategies, and translate customer insights into product strategies across banking, insurance, and wealth management. Key Responsibilities Define a differentiated Financial Services customer experience point of view, addressing customer journeys and operational challenges Develop scalable go-to-market assets, including executive narratives and competitive positioning, to support sales efforts Collaborate with account teams on high-priority engagements to elevate strategic conversations and articulate business value Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Financial Services, enterprise technology, consulting, or customer experience Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives in major financial institutions Strong understanding of modern Customer Experience technology and core Financial Services technology ecosystems Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise go-to-market strategies Exceptional cross-functional influence and communication skills across various teams
