What You’ll Do:

• Presentand sell protection plans and insurance products
• Assistcustomers with credit applications and paperwork completion
• Workwith lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing options
• Ensureall deal files are completed and submitted for funding
• Maintaina professional and organized work environment
• Provideexceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Collaboratewith the F&I team to support each other during time off
• Trainand support staff on finance and insurance processes
• Workclosely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienceas anF&I Manager in the automotive industry
• Strongknowledge of financing, insurance products, and sales processes
• Provenability to meet sales targets and profitability goals
• Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Abilityto work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
• PBSand Symtech DAVE experience is a plus (not required)
