Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional RBC specialists when needed
Handle client requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Maintain a high level of service by listening, understanding, and responding to client needs
Stay informed about RBC products, services, and industry developments
Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming branch experience
