Build trusted client relationships as a Financial Services Representative with CIBC in Ormstown, using financial products knowledge and tailored service.

As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand personal and business priorities, recommend suitable solutions, and support financial goals. You will use cash management, credit, investment, wealth protection, and digital banking knowledge. This is a full-time, on-site position with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres within reasonable travel distance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
• Provide tailored advice and forward-looking financial plans
• Recommend cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection solutions
• Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
• Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• One year of client experience and sales results
• Prior banking experience is an asset
• Strong critical thinking and goal-oriented decision-making skills
• Flexibility for banking centre hours and locations
