As a Financial Services Representative on CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team, you’ll build trusted client relationships. You’ll understand personal and business priorities, recommend suitable financial products, and provide forward-looking plans. The position requires current mutual funds accreditation and client-facing sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
• Recommend solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection
• Build networks through marketing and community outreach activities
• Connect clients with appropriate people and opportunities
• Introduce mobile banking applications and digital tools

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• One year experience serving clients and achieving sales results
• Client-first, goal-oriented, and detail-focused approach
• Critical thinking and relationship-building skills
• Flexibility for onsite work, banking hours, and multiple centres
