Serve Souris Credit Union members through accurate transactions, active listening, and knowledgeable support across branch, phone, and digital channels in Souris, PE.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will represent a community-focused credit union serving 3,500 member-owners. You will process transactions, resolve account inquiries, support card services, and introduce members to banking products and self-service options. The position also connects appropriate needs with Lending and Investment specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily financial transactions and resolve account inquiries
• Assist members with card services and banking products
• Guide members through online, mobile, and ATM banking
• Balance cash drawers and administer safety deposits
• Support training, community events, and ATM maintenance response

Requirements:

• High School Diploma and two years customer service experience
• Preference for Souris or surrounding-area residents
• Active listening, empathy, and a team-first attitude
• Cash-handling experience, numeracy, and attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and accurate keyboarding skills
