Financial Services Representative Vancouver

Serve CIBC clients onsite in Vancouver using financial products knowledge, critical thinking, and tailored service to support personal and business goals.

As a Financial Services Representative II, you will build client relationships within CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team. You will understand priorities, recommend suitable solutions, and provide forward-looking financial plans. Your work includes cash management, credit, investments, wealth protection, and digital banking guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
• Recommend solutions supporting clients’ financial goals
• Provide tailored service and forward-looking financial plans
• Build relationships through marketing and outreach activities
• Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• One year experience working with clients and achieving sales results
• Critical thinking skills supporting informed decision making
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres
