Conexus seeks a Financial Services Supervisor to develop leadership skills while guiding frontline Financial Services Representatives. The supervisor recruits, develops, coaches, and empowers tellers to deliver outstanding member experiences. This work supports team, departmental, and organizational goals through effective branch operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Financial Services Representatives
• Coach employees through regular observational feedback
• Assist team members with goal setting
• Conduct performance reviews for all team members
• Monitor targets, goals, and budgets

Requirements:

• Direct customer service experience
• Formal or informal leadership exposure
• Experience resolving member complaints or system errors
• Experience with branch operations and retail compliance
• Ability to make independent decisions and coach others
