Overview

You will lead complex client implementation programmes in fintech from initiation to delivery, serving as the primary link between clients and internal teams. You will translate requirements into clear delivery plans, govern scope, schedules and budgets, and ensure timelines and quality meet commercial expectations. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage risks and issues, and support a smooth transition into business-as-usual. This role offers autonomy to shape delivery approach and contribute to continuous improvement within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client implementation programmes from initiation to completion
  • Act as the main client interface to align expectations
  • Create and manage delivery plans, schedules, milestones and governance
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep delivery progressing
  • Manage scope, quality, risks, issues, dependencies and change control
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on budgets, revenue, costs and contracts
  • Support retrospectives and smooth transition into BAU
Key requirements
  • Experience leading client implementation or technology transformation programmes in a financial technology environment (ideally Wealth Management)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage delivery plans, scope, milestones, budgets, risks and change control
  • Excellent communication with clear updates for senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile environments and hands-on project planning
  • Strong commercial awareness to support revenue, cost and contractual considerations
  • Collaborative leadership style to coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain momentum
