Financial Transaction Processing Technician

Process financial transactions accurately at Investia in a hybrid position, applying control measures while coordinating with advisors and clients. Bilingual communication supports daily service.

As a Transaction Technician, you will manage purchases, systematic withdrawals, and mutual fund transactions within established service standards. The position requires organization, autonomy, priority management, attention to detail, and accuracy. You will also support complex files and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchases and systematic withdrawals through full transaction processing
• Process mutual and segregated fund transactions within service standards
• Analyze reports and reconciliations to ensure control measure compliance
• Handle complex files, adjustments, correspondence, and referred complaints
• Communicate with advisors, clients, and business units across Investia

Requirements:

• College diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Strong organization, autonomy, initiative, and priority management abilities
• Accuracy, attention to detail, teamwork, and stress management skills
• Full English and French bilingual proficiency for frequent communications
