FINMAR Portfolio Manager

In this role you own the health and performance of insurer panels across regions, leading reviews and shaping panel composition for strategic fit. You drive data-informed recommendations, manage RFPs, and oversee financial performance and governance. You collaborate with internal stakeholders and insurers to optimize the FINMAR panels and support cross-group initiatives that evolve the global FINMAR framework. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role with scope to influence strategy and operations.

• Oversee performance and composition of insurer panels across one or more regions
• Lead periodic panel performance reviews using data, market insights, and broker feedback
• Lead RFPs for panels to ensure best practice and fit-for-purpose approaches
• Analyze data and market insights to assess panel health and insurer performance
• Monitor insurer service levels and identify drivers of underperformance
• Support insurers with analytics and data services guidance
• Own panel financials including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and invoicing coordination
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and insurers
• Manage FINMAR contracts in collaboration with group legal and insurers
• Fulfill other duties commensurate with role and level of responsibility
