Fintech Solutions Consultant (AI & Automation)

Caseware is seeking a Solutions Consultant to guide customers through evaluation and implementation of Caseware solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with accounting firms and organizations to understand needs and how AI and automation can improve efficiency and quality.

You will liaise with account management, training, professional services, support, and product teams to address customer needs, and may work across North America with ET–PT hours as needed.
