First Line IT Support Specialist (Windows & Mac)

VTG in Stockport is seeking a First Line Support Consultant to deliver timely IT support across phone, email and in-person channels. You will diagnose hardware, software and network issues, log tickets, and escalate complex cases to Level Two where needed.

You should be service oriented, detail focused and committed to obtaining Microsoft certifications, supporting users on Windows and Mac platforms, and contributing to a positive IT support experience.
