Fixed Income & SFT Tech Delivery Lead (VP)

In this role you will help modernize Citi’s Fixed Income trading platform by evolving it into a scalable, microservices-based, cloud-enabled system. You will work within the Applications Development team to deliver high-performance, low-latency components that support real-time risk and position data for thousands of users. You will drive architectural strategy, automation, and collaboration with business partners to accelerate time to market. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities to mentor, shape standards, and influence critical technology choices across a global platform.

• Lead or guide developers to achieve team goals and manage personnel duties

• Strong commercial experience in Financial Services
• Solid understanding of Fixed Income securities and Security Financing Transactions
• Senior developer with Java/Spring, microservice development, and Java internals (JIT, memory management)
• Extensive experience in cloud-based service delivery
• Experience in microservices architecture for high-volume apps
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Engineering best practices: design patterns, coding standards, unit testing (Mockito, JUnit)
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
