Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering • 5-10 years in wireless performance engineering • Deep understanding of MIMO and beamforming technologies • Proficiency in OSS analytics and performance monitoring • Strong stakeholder management and collaborative skills
