Fleet Maintenance Leader: Drive Reliability & Cost Control

Strathcona County is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment that support municipal services across the County. You will guide Leadhands, trades and staff to ensure high service standards, regulatory compliance, and optimal fleet availability.

The role oversees preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs, while managing a substantial annual budget and coordinating with internal clients and external partners.
