Flexible Scheduling & Application Support Engineer

Anglian Water is seeking a Configuration Engineer to join the Operations Planning and Scheduling team in Lincoln. You will define issues with users, configure scheduling and mobile apps, perform impact analysis and support prioritisation of work packages.

The role combines configuration, testing and stakeholder engagement to improve service delivery. You'll work in an Agile environment with IT and vendor collaboration, delivering changes that enhance efficiency, resilience and customer outcomes.
