Flight Operations Data Analyst

The Flight Operations Operational Excellence group needs an analyst supporting data analytics, business intelligence, and continuous improvement. This position develops Snowflake datasets, Power BI reporting, and automated workflows. It also supports data governance, performance measures, and process improvements aligned with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize Snowflake SQL queries, views, and transformations
• Build Power BI reports, dashboards, models, and scheduled refreshes
• Prepare executive reports communicating trends, forecasts, and insights
• Interpret datasets using Python, R, Excel, or statistical tools
• Support Microsoft Fabric lakehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and pipelines

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related field
• Two years of relevant analytics or business intelligence experience
• Advanced SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data-modelling capability
• Python or R experience for analysis and automation
• Knowledge of Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure, Excel, and VBA
