Working remotely, the full-time Florida Licensed Loan Closer will manage the closing process for consumer loans, ensuring compliance and timely execution of documentation across multiple states. Key responsibilities: Facilitate the closing process for consumer loans, including preparing and reviewing closing documents Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the loan closing process Collaborate with various stakeholders, including loan officers and title companies, to ensure a smooth closing experience Required qualifications: Current Florida Loan Closer license Experience in consumer loan closings and knowledge of related regulations Proficiency in loan processing software and electronic closing platforms Strong understanding of mortgage and consumer lending practices Ability to work independently in a remote environment
