Overview
In this role you will support both tenant and landlord maintenance contracts across London, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of systems. You will work on electrical, mechanical and HVAC-related tasks, including fault-finding and system checks, contributing to reliable building operations. The position offers clear progression with a friendly, growth-oriented employer and exposure to high-end commercial and residential sites. This is a hands-on role with opportunities for development through training and progression.

- PPM and reactive maintenance
- Electrical fault-finding
- Single & three phase power management
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm checks
- BMS operation and AHU/FCU maintenance
- Cooling towers, pumps & motors
- Water treatment tasks (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks)
- Site folders, E-logbooks, contractor management, audits, quotations
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / Air Conditioning
