Foot Mobile Engineer

As a Foot Mobile Engineer you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant across allocated sites, aiming for minimal disruption and cost-effective asset management. • Carry out routine PPM on electrical and mechanical plant per site schedules
• Complete reactive tasks across the building and identify improvement opportunities
• Repair faults to keep plant in serviceable condition
• Maintain stock levels of spare parts and provide ETA for remedial works
• Update CMMS (Concept, Smart Hub) with accurate PPM and reactive data
• Complete paperwork for reactive/breakdown work and submit to Contract Administrator
• Prepare and follow Method Statements and Risk Assessments for tasks
• Keep plant rooms secure, clean, and tidy while under Smart's responsibility

• NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installations or equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition
