Due to the award of new contracts, we have several openings for Maintenance Engineers to join a privately owned building services company. The market leading maintenance provider are continually growing and winning new contracts due to their reputation in the industry and are looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference.
They are looking for a Mechanically biased engineer for this opportunity.

Foot Mobile Engineer Duties:

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
• Electrical Fault-Finding
• Single & Three Phase Power
• Emergency Lighting
• Fire Alarms
• BMS Operation
• AHUs
• FCUs
• Generators
• VAV/VRFs
• Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
• Cooling Towers
• Pumps & Motors
• Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations

Foot Mobile Engineer Requirements

• City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / Air Conditioning
• Career driven and motivated
• Polite and personable

Foot Mobile Engineer Salary and Benefits:

• £44,000 - £48,000 per annum
• Zones 1 & 2 Travelcard
• Monday to Friday, 8-5
• 25 days holiday
