The Role

As an Omnichannel Forecasting Analyst, you will take ownership of sales and margin forecasting across retail and e-commerce operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building sales forecasts across retail stores using key performance drivers such as traffic, conversion, and average transaction value.
  • Producing detailed e-commerce forecasts across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planning cycles.
  • Forecasting sales and margin performance to support trading decisions, budgeting, and financial planning.
  • Translating sales forecasts into operational demand forecasts to support supply chain and resource planning.
  • Leading forecasting reviews with senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Delivering ad hoc analysis to identify commercial opportunities and improve performance.
  • Supporting promotional, pricing, and loyalty strategies through robust margin forecasting.
  • Partnering with commercial, finance, supply chain, and business intelligence teams to improve forecasting accuracy and business outcomes.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in forecasting, commercial analytics, merchandising, revenue growth management, or a related analytical role.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales, margin, and key performance metrics.
  • Experience working within a retail, e-commerce, consumer, or omnichannel environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting findings to senior audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced commercial setting.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
