Forward Deploy Engineer

We are partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed Enterprise AI Continuous Compliance platform headquartered out of Singapore. Operating as a lean \"special ops\" team, they condense traditional enterprise AI audit cycles from 4 years down to 4 seconds—steering AI agents before token execution and verifying outcomes against systems of record in real time.

About the Role

As a Forward Deployed Specialist , you own the client outcome end-to-end. You sit directly between bank compliance teams and engineering leadership, making signed high-value deals a reality in production.

Responsibilities

• Big Room Planning & Delivery: Align client CTOs, CISOs, and risk executives around a single delivery plan. Work backward through dependencies (firewalls, model gateways, data clearance) and run 4–6 week POVs and 8–12 week production rollouts.
• Information Architecture & Collectors: Discover messy enterprise application estates, map/transform them into standard data models, and build collector integrations across cloud, on-prem, CI/CD, and GRC systems.
• Hands-on Prototyping: Prototype control tests and evidence collectors directly in client environments using AI-assisted development tools and your own custom orchestration harness.
• Codification: Leave behind reusable playbooks, deployment templates, and labs so every deployment makes the next one faster.
• Lead on-site deployment and delivery for a Top-3 UK Bank.
• Architect and build evidence collectors across cloud, CI/CD, on-prem, and GRC systems.
• Bridge the room between bank CISOs/Risk leadership and hands-on engineering teams.
• Build, prototype, and maintain your own AI coding/agent harness to multiply output.

Required Skills

• Technical Depth: Hands-on in the terminal. Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform (AWS/GCP/Azure), Cloud Identity, SSO/OIDC, and messy REST/GraphQL APIs.
• AI Engine & Orchestration Mastery: Active, deliberate use of modern AI agents, LLM tool-calling, and custom orchestration harnesses to multiply your personal output.
• Regulatory Exposure: Familiarity with control frameworks and standards (MAS TRM, FCA/PRA, DORA, NIS2, NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI-DSS).
• Gravitas & Bedside Manner: Proven track record holding the room with institutional executive stakeholders while speaking the language of engineering teams in the engine room.
• High autonomy, strong written-first communication, and elite customer-facing presence.

Pay range and compensation package

• Hybrid Model: 3 days on-site at a top-3 UK bank in Central London to capture high-value corridor conversations and drive rapid alignment; 2 days remote.
• Structure: Permanent full-time employment with full statutory benefits provided via Employer of Record (EOR).
• Compensation: £125k+ Base + Early-Stage Stock Options
